Video processing can take time and varies with the uploaded file. As a Base Partner, your experience appears on a Core Partner's website once that partner has approved and published it. Check the video on the published listing after processing completes.

Yes! By default the video will play without sound, but guests will have the ability to unmute the video.

You cannot crop or trim the videos that are uploaded. By default, videos will be centered within the space provided on the page. If the aspect ratio of the video differs from the container, the video will be centered, and any extra space will be filled with a black background. This ensures that your videos always look polished and professional, regardless of their dimensions.
