Pricing Calendar

View and manage pricing for every date, session, and price tier of an experience in one calendar view.

Overview

The Pricing Calendar shows what you're charging for every date, session, and price tier of an experience, and lets you change prices directly from the calendar. Your base price, price rules, and any date-specific adjustments are resolved into the final price a guest would be charged, laid out day by day. Prices shown on the calendar do not include taxes, fees, or discount codes.

Where to Find It

Open any experience from your dashboard and select the Pricing tab, next to Overview and Sessions.

  • The experience must be published.

  • The Pricing Calendar is available on desktop only.

Reading the Calendar

Each date shows the final price for the currently selected session and price tier, after your base price, price rules, and any date-specific adjustments are applied.

  • The calendar starts on the current month and only moves forward. Scroll down to load future months.

  • Dates with no scheduled sessions appear empty and can't be selected.

  • If a date shows Mixed, more than one price applies to that date for your current selection (for example, two sessions at different prices). Use the filters to narrow down to one.

Filtering the Calendar

Session and Price Tiers

These two filters are available on all experiences and can be combined to further control what is shown on the calendar.

The calendar shows one session at a time. If your experience has multiple start times, prices are set per session, so a price update made while viewing one session does not change the other start times. Switch the session filter and repeat the change for each session you want to update.

Resource Groups

Switch between resource groups such as Cabanas and Daybeds to be shown the sessions and price tiers that apply to each individual resource. Resource groups do not share price tiers or price rules, so if the prices need to be updated for all of your resources, they will need to be updated in each resource group individually.

Base Price, Price Rules, and Pricing Changes

When no dates are selected, the right panel shows your standard pricing:

  • Base price shows each tier's default price. Click Edit price to change it. This updates the experience itself, so it applies everywhere a date doesn't have its own price.

  • Price rules lets you create, edit, reorder, and delete rules (for example, weekend pricing). Rules are applied in order from top to bottom, and the first rule that matches a date wins, so the most specific rules should be at the top of the list.

To update the price for specific dates,

  1. Select the dates you want to change:

    • Click a date to select it.

    • Click and drag across dates to select a range.

    • Cmd-click (Mac) or Ctrl-click (Windows) to add or remove individual dates.

  2. A panel opens on the right showing the price for each price tier across your selected dates. If the selected dates have different prices, that tier shows Mixed.

  3. Click Edit prices.

  4. Enter the new price for each tier. Prices apply to every selected date for the session you have filtered to.

  5. Click Save prices.

Your new prices go live immediately. There is no separate publish step for date-level price changes. Existing bookings are not affected; guests who already booked keep the price they paid. Note that the prices shown here do not include any taxes, fees, and discount codes that have been applied to the experience.

To return a date to your standard pricing, select it again, click Edit prices, and re-enter your standard price for each tier.

How Way Decides Which Price a Guest Pays

For any date and session, the final price is resolved in this order:

  1. A price set directly on that date from the Pricing Calendar (or on the session itself)

  2. The first matching price rule

  3. The base price

The calendar always displays the winner, so the number you see on a date is the number a guest is charged plus any applicable taxes and fees.
