With Way, managing your schedule for guest bookings is simple. Add the dates and times your experience is available directly to your calendar, giving you full control over when guests can book.
This guide covers scheduled experiences. Flexible times and Multi-day rentals use operating hours instead of sessions; see Setting Operating Hours and Availability.
Schedules, sessions, & seats
For experiences managed with sessions, availability is made up of schedules, which contain sessions, which have seats.
Schedules:
Whenever you are adding availability, you create a new schedule that can consist of one or more sessions. For example, a schedule could run at 9:00 AM every Monday during your season.
Sessions:
A session is one specific time or instance of an experience. For example, one Monday at 9:00 AM within that schedule.
Seats:
Each session can holdnnumber of seats. This is the session's seat capacity. If the experience also requires resources, the available resource units can limit bookings before all seats are filled. See How Shared Inventory Protects Against Double Booking.
When setting up availability, add sessions only for dates and times when you can accept bookings.
