If several experiences depend on the same equipment, space, or people, use configured Resources to manage that shared inventory. This guide applies where Resources is enabled; see Introduction to Resources for access details.
Add requirements to a scheduled experience
Open the experience in the builder and go to Resources. Save a new experience first.
Select Add resource and choose the resource the experience uses. Use the same resource for experiences that share the same equipment or people.
Set how many units are required per guest, per booking, or for the whole session, as appropriate.
Review the rule, click Save, then Next to save the step.

Understand the booking limit
A session needs both remaining seats and enough available resource units. Increasing seat capacity does not create more resource units. The same resource limits apply to staff bookings and bookings through Core Partner storefronts.
Flexible times and Multi-day rentals
These use operating hours instead of sessions. Follow Setting Operating Hours and Availability to configure their bookable times.
